  • Astro Boricua REGAINED the WUW North American Title he never got pinned for to begin with! In a Tag Team Match where the title was on the line, Astro Boricua and Pauly Venezia defeated The Walker Clan, then-champ "BIG" Bill Young and the returning "BAD" Billy Walker.
  • "Amish" Cousin Cyrus upset Steven Person to become the NEW WUW International Champion with help from the hottest valet in WUW.... Rick Cataldo???
  • Chris Verrazano and Medic X defeated Tristan Spade and "The Funky Cowboy" Mike James
  • Ultimate Security defeated "Money" Michael Firezone despite interference from cohort Steven Person. Afterwards, Money Talks ganged up on Security until Pauly Venezia made the save.
  • The Celtic Connection (Toby Scott and Paul Calvy) defeated Da Brotha Hoodz (HBO Keon and Sleepy Jones)
  • Reggaedones defeated Dave Rivera to win the WUW Trophy Championship

    • WUW World Heavyweight Champion "Firebird" Jorge Santi retained his title after a hard-fought contest against "The King of the Jungle" Prince Atiba.
    • Astro Boricua beat WUW North American Champion "BIG" Bill Young, once again by Disqualification after "The Funky Cowboy" Mike James interfered in "BIG" Bill's behalf. Despite losing to Astro once again, "BIG" Bill retained the North American Title.
    • "Money" Michael Firezone w/ Aida ValentinA defeated The Ultimate Security after paying off referee Steven Person for the fast count.
    • The new team of Kid Beltran and Renegade 'Rell defeated Unknown Dos and Unknown Sexy Tres.
    • Reggaedones defeated Medic X, Keano Vera, and Anthony Starr in a 4-Way Brawl.
    • Mike Iye won the Rumbo In Dumbo battle royal brawl and the chance to regain his title against Winky Perrington, a match which ended in a double countout.
    • Izzy Belle defeated Tina San Antonio with a roll-up for the win. The match was restarted after Booty Collins interfered attacking both ladies.
    • "Amish" Cousin Cyrus and Winky "The Right Man" Perrington defeated The Dark Side (8th Street Assassin and El Dante) by Disqualification after 8th Street attacked Cyrus and Winky with a Kendo Stick.
    • Electric Mayhem (Sammy Cruz and Johnny Broadway) won a 4-Way Tag Match against Da Brotha Hoodz, Celtic Connection, and The Bad Boys. After Da Brotha Hoodz and Celtic Connection got themselves counted out, Sammy Cruz pinned "English Bad Boy" Hatton for the win.
    • Tristan $pade issued an open challenge to the WUW locker room which was answered by former Youngblood Chris Verrazano, who defeated $pade.
    • Dave Rivera retained his WUW Trophy Championship after Chris "The Man" Romano got himself Disqualified.
    • Pauly Venezia defeated WUW International Champion Steven Person by Disqualification after not letting go of the Personal Demons after the ref counted to 5 when venezia reached teh ropes. As a result, Person retained his WUW International Title. Afterwards, Ultimate Security attacked Person for the fast count earlier in the night. "Money" Michael Firezone attacked Security with his Mikeykick before walking out with Aida and Person.
    • El Conquistador defeated The Musketeer by Disqualification after The Arrogant Aristocrat attacked both El Conquistador and referee Raul Lopez with a chair. Afterwards, The Musketeer continued attacking El C, even trying to rip off his mask, before El C's friend, fellow masked-man Medic X, made the save.

    • "Firebird" George Santi RETAINED his WUW World Heavyweight Championship, defeating the rematch-clause-envoking Tristan Spade with his thunderous Tiger Bomb.
    • Astro Boricua defeated WUW North American Champion "BIG" Bill Young by Disqualification after "BIG" Bill chokeslammed the referee. As a result, "BIG" Bill RETAINED his North American Title.
    • Chris Venezia defeated Reggaedones, becoming the #1 contender for the WUW World Heavyweight Championship
    • David Rivera REGAINED the Rumbo In Dumbo Trophy by defeating Chris "The Man" Romano, ending his one-month reign as champion.
    • Steven Person RETAINED his WUW East Coast Title by defeating "The Ill Kill Thrilla" Anthony Starr with some outside help from the lovely Tricia Fox.
    • Winky "The Right Man" Perrington won the Rumbo In Dumbo Battle Royale Brawl, and afterwards defeated last month's champion Mike Iye to become this months RUMBO winner.
    • The 1st and 2nd runner-ups, Keanu Vera and El Dante, earned a title shot against WUW Tag Team Champions The Unknown Masks. The Masks, however, got the better of the new team, retaining their gold.
    • Electric Mayhem (Johnny Broadway and Sammy Cruz) defeated Da Brotha Hoodz (HBO Keon and Sleepy Jones) after the referee reversed his decision when he found out Booty Collins interfered to help them win.
    • In a 3-Way Women's Match, Sweet Pea, Izzy Belle and Tina San Antonio went to a triple count-out. Afterwards, Booty Collins interfered on Sweet Pea's behalf, but the duo of Tina and Izzy held them at bay.
    • Michael Firezone defeated "Boy" Rick Cataldo and Chris Verrazano, pinning Cataldo as he held Verrazano in a surfboard.
    • Bad Boy Hatton and Bad Boy Lou Tremont went to a Double Disqualification with Kid Beltran and jerrel Coffey.
    • The team of Prince Atiba, El Dante, 8th Street Assassin and Medic X defeated the team of The Celtic Connection, Keanu Vera and The Ultimate Security.
    • Chris Minyon defeated Tim Arson.
    • El Conquistador defeated The Musketeer (with Squire and El Señor Marquez Nano).

  • "Firebird" Jorge Santi become the NEW WUW World Heavyweight Champion after defeating Tristan Spade with a thunderous Tiger Bomb. After Tristan Spade's hand-picked referee Marti Belle gave him the quick win initially, WUW Commissioner Mark Viola sent out senior official Raul Lopez to overturn the decision and restart the match.
  • "Cowboy" Big Bill Young became the NEW WUW North American Champion after getting the pin in a 6-Man Tag Match where Astro Boricua's Title was on the line. Team leader Reggaedones attacked both his partners, Astro Boricua and Chris Venizia, after the match. We will have more on this story as it develops.
  • The lovely Tricia Fox added more gold to her arsenal after Steven Person was awarded the WUW East Coast Title. "BIG" Will Style, who's been AWOL after the beating given to him by The Musketeer in August Rush, forfeited the title by not showing up to his match. Afterwards, Chris Minyon and Tim Arson challenged Person to defend his newly awarded title, which he managed to retain via countout.
  • Chris "The Man" Romano became the NEW WUW Rumbo In Dumbo Trophy Champion after defeating David Rivera.
  • The Unknown Masks retained their WUW Tag Team Titles after defeating The Celtic Connection.
  • "The Ill Kill Thrilla" Anthony Starr defeated The Musketeer to become #1 contender for Steven Person's East Coast Title. Though this match was supposd to be a #1 contenders match for the World Title, "The Commish" overturned this stipulation due to the dastardly means Musketeer used to get this stipulation.
  • Johnny Broadway and the returning Sammy Cruz defeated Da Brotha Hoodz.
  • Tina San Antonio defeated "Boy" Rick Cataldo, Michael Firezone, and Chris Verrazano in a Mixed Gender Fatal 4-Way Match. Just like in August Rush, Tina, who is obsessed with the Boy Diva, wanted Rick to pin her, and gave him the chance to every chance she got. Instead of taking the pin, Rick would get a 2-count then beat Tina from pillar to post. Well Tina got the best of Rick after catching him off-guard and pinning him for the win. After the match Tina kissed Rick, which sent him into a rage and running for his life!!!
  • Newcomer Mike Annuzzi won the WUW Open Invitational Battle Royale Brawl.
AUGUST RUSH, 8-15-2009

  • Tristan Spade was able to retain his WUW World Heavyweight Championship against Tim Arson in a Lumberjack Match
  • In one of the bloodiest matches in WUW history, "BIG" Will Style proved he was here for KEEPS by defeating the Arrogant Aristocrat, the Extreme Veteran, the ECW Original, The Musketeer, in a Hardcore Match. "BIG" Will may have won the match, but at what cost? Afterwords the human freight train had to be quickly rushed to the hospital with a CONCUSSION, a CRUSHED SEPTUM, and a FRACTURED CHEAKBONE.
  • Reggaedones & Astro Boricua went to a Double D-Q with The Young Guns, "Big" Bill Young & Clint Young, after members of both teams knocked down the referee.
  • After accidently stealing the Tag Team Titles last month, The Unknowns WON the Tag Team Titles this month after defeating Da Brotha Hoodz (HBO Keon and Sleepy Jones) and Johnny Broadway & Chris V (subbing for Sammy Cruz).
  • The Celtic Connection and the team of Jimmy Toban & Steve Peña were BOTH counted out during their #1 contenders tag match.
  • Chris "The Man" Romano EARNED a #1 contenders shot at David Rivera's WUW Rumbo Trophy by defeating Chris Minyon, "Firebird" Jorge Santi, and "The Ill Kill Thrilla" Anthony Starr.
  • In a return grudge match, Kid Beltran defeated "English" Bad Boy Hatton once again. The Englishman also unwittingly debuted his cousin from Lancaster, PA... Cousin Cyris!?!?
  • Rick Cataldo and his *ahem* partner Chris Verrazano defeated Michael Firezone and Tina San Antonio after Tina, who is Cataldo's #1 fan, took a dive and GAVE Cataldo & Verrazano the win!
  • Prince Atiba v Benji The Klown v Dante went to a Triple D-Q after all 3 participants were disqualified for touching the referee
  • La Bootz won the 15-man Battle Royale BRAWL

  • Tristan Spade defeated Benji The Klown, who replaced Tim Arson at the last minute due to not being medically cleared to wrestle. After the match, Arson, despite doctor's orders, had enough of Spade and started one of the wildest brawls in WUW history!
  • "BIG" Will Style, with his cousin Bruce The Bruiser, defeated The Musketeer, with Squire, to become a 2-time WUW East Coast Champion!
  • Astro Boricua defeated "Firebird" Jorge Santi to retain his WUW North American Title due to outside interference from Chris Minyon.
  • David Rivera retained his Rumbo In Dumbo Trophy Championship by defeating Chris Minyon via countout after Jorge Santi, retaliating against Minyon from his earlier attack, superkicked him on the outside
  • The Unknowns defeated Sammy Cruz & HBO Keon via D-Q. Thinking that they won the Tag Team Titles, The Unknowns left with the belts! Afterwards, frustrated with their loss and aligning himself with his boy from the 'hood Sleepy Jones, HBO Keon TURNED on his partner Sammy Cruz, but Cruz' former partner Johnny Broadway returned to save him from the attack!
  • Reggaedones defeated "Cowboy" Bad Billy Walker via D-Q after the Walker Clan interfered.
  • "Irish" Paul Calvy defeated Ultimate Security, Anthony Starr, and Sleepy Jones in a Fatal 4-Way.
  • Chris Verrazano defeated former tag-team partner Mikey Firezone.
  • in BOTH their WUW debuts, Kid Beltran defeated "English" Bad Boy Hatton.
  • Steven Person defeated "California Cool" Keanu Vera after hitting him w/ Miss Tricia's clipboard.
  • Steve Peña & Jimmy Toban defeated Cookies N' Cream. Afterwards, frustrated with their loss, Cookies N' Cream broke up, going their separate ways.
  • "Boy" Rick Cataldo defeated Kid Giovani.

Spade didn't take kindly to Arson's challenge, not only viciously attacking him, but leaving him a bloody pulp in the middle of the ring!
  • Sammy Cruz and HBO Keon (replacing an injured Johnny Broadway) defeated Cookies N' Cream to become new WUW Tag Team Champions!
  • Astro Boricua retained his WUW North American Title against Steven Person
  • The Musketeer defeated "Big" Will Style to become new WUW East Coast Champion
  • David Rivera retained his Rumbo Trophy against Brooklyn Jeff

  • "The Shooter" Anthony Starr and Don Tito Jackson went to a Double DQ
  • The Zombie def The Musketeer by DQ after Squire interfered
